The Organizational Experts at Windsor VOS and the Staging Stylists at HighStyle Event Planning truly offer a "One-Stop-Shop" approach to planning the perfect event!

Full Service Event Planning Packages Includes:

Initial consultation/ongoing client communication
Professionally managed "to-do" calendar
Venue research, booking & liason with venue personnel
Invitation & RSVP management
Menu planning & decor detailing
Audio & visual equipment coordinating
Document preparation/printing/distributing

For an additional fee Windsor VOS will also arrange for an Organizational Expert/Staging Specialist to attend your event to act on your behalf to ensure your function runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

**Onsite concierge services will be limited to the city of Winnipeg and the immediate 2 hour driving radius from city limits.  We welcome the opportunity to provide Concierge Services outside of these guidelines however, additional costs will be expensed to the client as predetermined and contractually agreed.  Clients will be responsible for all travel expenses, per diems and accommodations.
